Who is Plotment for?

Plotment is designed for allotment associations and societies whose committees manage plots, members, waiting lists, rent and inspections. It supports associations with one site or multiple sites.

Can we keep our own association policies?

Yes. You can configure your billing year, rental rates, concessions, waiting-list priorities, offer expiry periods and inspection templates. Your committee confirms allocations and manages tenancy decisions.

Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?

Plotment supports CSV imports for members, sites, plots and waiting-list applications. You can map columns, review a preview and check validation errors before importing.

Does every plot holder need an account?

Committee members use role-based accounts. Waiting-list applicants can submit an application through an optional public form without creating a Plotment login. Members and tenancy holders can be recorded without giving them an account.

How does rent and payment recording work?

Set your rates and billing year, preview annual invoices and issue PDF invoices. Your committee records receipts such as bank transfers, cash and cheques, allocates them to invoices, and reviews outstanding balances.

How does the free trial and membership billing work?

Choose a plan below and start your 30-day free trial. No card is required. After the trial, we issue a manual annual invoice, payable by Stripe payment link or bank transfer. There are no automatic charges, and your association keeps full access while payment is arranged.
